Facebook：公司12月移除了2000多个虚假账号、页面及群组

According to foreign media reports, Facebook said on Tuesday local time that it deleted more than 2000 fake accounts, pages and groups from different countries in December last year, some of which targeted elections and tried to disguise as news media. The social giant said it had blocked 1957 facebook accounts, 707 instagram accounts, 156 pages and 727 groups last month because they misled users about their purpose and identity.

自从俄罗斯喷子利用其平台干预2016年美国总统大选以来，Facebook一直面临着压力，它需要采取更多措施来打击虚假信息和虚假帐户。自从上个星期美国国会大厦发生致命暴乱以来，该公司的审查得到了进一步加强。

Facebook said it had seized 14 previously undeclared networks of fake accounts. The networks come from Iran, Morocco, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Argentina, Brazil, Pakistan and Indonesia. Earlier last December, the social networking site also shut down fake accounts from Russia and France. Most of the action is focused on elections and targeting local users.
