开发信基本上是每天都要发的,如何写出一篇有质量的开发信呢?
首先一些写开发信的基本准则:
有明确的主题
邮件不能过长
注意语态,尽量不用过多主动语态,用被动语态代替
不写废话,如:Do you want our product?
不写一些容易被屏蔽掉的词,如:buy,Order
然后对客户进行分析,当然想要准确的分析是有点难度的,可以进行大概的了解,比如判断出客户的类型,是分销商?零售商?中间商?还是小店铺的老板?客户的定位是什么?低端?中端?or高端?知道了这些就知道大概客户能接受什么价位的产品以及倾向于哪种类型的产品,这样在发开发信的时候也会有所侧重。你可能会觉得这样分析半天, 也发不了几封开发信啊,不就是在浪费时间吗,可要知道开发信发的多并不代表客户开发到的就会多, 只发50封能收到10封回复的,也比发1000个只有一两个人回要好的多吧。
而且只是进行大概的分析,然后归类,分类发,经常这样做也不会耽误多长时间的。而且效果肯定会相对来说好很多,在保证质量的情况下尽可能多的多发一些肯定是更好的,毕竟开发信开发客户也就如同大海捞针一般,只是知道针在哪片海域而已。
