抑制有害内容传播!YouTube、Twitter 等社交巨头与广告主签协议
据报道,美国大型广告主与社交媒体巨头Facebook、YouTube、Twitter达成协议,社交平台同意采取措施抑制线上有害内容传播。
世界广告主联合会(World Federation of Advertisers/WFA)发布消息称,根据协议,对于什么形式的内容是有害内容大家达成一致,对于如何报告大家也愿意接受相同的标准。
黑人弗洛伊德(George Floyd)之死在美国引起争议,许多人走上街头反对种族主义,一些广告主联合起来抵制Facebook。广告主认为,多年来社交平台将广告与仇恨言论、假新闻及其它有害内容放在一起,明明知道有问题却没有采取足够的措施预防。一些人要求对大型科技公司加强监管,科技公司却处处阻挠。

Advertisers believe that over the years, social platforms have put ads together with hate speech, fake news and other harmful content.
