Culver wrote in a twitter post that he was "excited to be able to help create the future of voice chat." On the other hand, Erik Berlin, chief executive, in an article he shared on the company's blog, generally stressed: "we are passionate about voice communications and inspired by ways to promote open dialogue with everyone on twitter."
